BAHM x Studio Twenty Two
On July 28, 2024 a group of over 20 women gathered at the beautiful Studio Twenty Two to move our bodies, connect our body and mind, reflect on our goals and intentions, and create vision boards to help manifest and bring our goals to fruition. We raised over $4000 for the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation in honour of our late Mothers/Grandmothers Frances O'Leary and Joan Marchand who both sadly passed away in 2023.

BAHM Inaugural Retreat
In our first initial workshop, we built a beautiful foundation. Connecting friends and family over an intimate setting and thoughtful, meaningful details, our first ever Building a Healthy Mind workshop was a brilliant success. We raised $5100 for Canadian Mental Health Association - Nova Scotia and won two Marketing Initiative awards at the 2024 Kohltech Peak Awards.
